Magical Hampi - A World of Rocks and Ruins

Hampi is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Karnataka. Ruled by the Viayanagara empire of Krishnadevaraya in the 14th-15th century, exploring the magnificent ruins of Hampi are on a traveller’s agenda. Hampi is a land of rocks, with landscapes where huge boulders are balancing over each other for miles together in the rocky terrain is a sight in itself.

Undulating rocky terrain where coconut trees, paddy and banana plantations are fed by the Tungabhadra river provides photographers with a powerful concoction of unlimited possibilities for landscape photography that Hampi is famous for.

Join renowned mentor T. NARAYAN on a 3 day intensive, fun filled Photography Master Class at Hampi, Karnataka. Personally guided, one-on-one sessions, hands-on knowledge, group discussions, critique sessions, meet and share experiences with fellow photographers make each participant learn to deal with different situations and create memorable images.

Narayan would guide you through the streets and landscapes of ancient architectural ruins of Hampi, comprehending varied aspects of landscape photography with technical understanding to shoot travel and landscape images, which would enable you to learn fundamentals of street, landscape, architecture and portrait photography with in-depth compositions.

Workshop Dates; 6th July to 8th July 2018

Reach Hampi on your own by 12 noon, check into your rooms in a star hotel.

All three days we will have intensive shooting right from sunrise to sunset. All through the trip there will be informal discussions with the mentor T. NARAYAN participants work will be discussed during the critique session which would help them to shoot great images.
